Our guarantee is simple and complete. If you do not like your PCGS or NGC certified numismatic coins for any reason, simply return them to us within 14 days for a prompt and cheerful refund. The full purchase price, less shipping, will be returned to you by company check.

Return Procedures

1. Please call to notify us of your intent to return any coins.
2. Mail them back to us in the same condition in which you received them, via U. S. Registered Mail (not Fedex or other third party carriers).
3. Insure the coins for their full value (for your protection).
4. Your return package must be postmarked no later than 14 days after you receive the coins.
5. If you have any questions, please call and we'll assist you.

European gold coins are not returnable for a refund. However, we will gladly replace any coins you are dissatisfied with for quality. Please note that all of our coins are fully screened for quality and eye appeal. We are seldom, if ever, asked to replace for quality any European gold coins we deliver. Nonetheless, if you dislike what you receive, send them back and we'll replace them.

Modern bullion carries no return or refund privileges. These coins are a commodity and are treated as such. We only deliver pieces that remain in their original mint condition. Virtually all modern bullion pieces are in gem quality condition.
