Not an exceptionally rare date for the “with motto” ten dollar Liberty series but a low mintage and an exceptional coin. Neither PCGS nor NGC has graded a piece for this date higher than this MS 64 but I am certain in my own mind that this piece is one of the finest known for the date and will grade MS 65 down the road. It's simply not possible for a coin nicer than this to be in a 64 holder and in fact I wonder why this one is. As a 65 the price of this coin should more than double.
