This is an extremely rare $10 Indian in uncirculated condition. To date PCGS has certified 76 coins in all mint state grades. In MS63 grade PCGS has certified a mere 15 pieces, with 10 coins grading higher. This particular specimen is a solid to above average for the MS63 designation. The coin is completely original in appearance with a good strike and good mint luster. The field to the left of the Indians head shows a scuff mark and there are three small contact ticks just to the left of the Indians mouth. No other marks are readily apparent nor worth individual mention. An excellent piece for the Indian set builder or the rare coin investor.
